Special Olympics Wisconsin (SOWI) provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage and experience joy while participating in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, Special Olympics athletes and the community.

We’d like to recognize Advisor Matthew Le Pine and thank him for his nomination of this wonderful organization.  Matthew volunteers his time to coach those participating in basketball.  North Suburban is looking to expand their list of volunteers. They are in need of head coaches and assistants willing to assist with their year – round sports and activities. Reach out to Matthew if you are interested in learning more about volunteering. Last Grill Out of 2021

Our next grill out is on Saturday September 4th at the Whitefish Bay Sendik’s. We will be there 11am until 4pm.
