We are proud of each and every one of the basketball athletes – there were some tough games and opponents – but you gave it your all and did your best! The new season of sports isn’t that far away.
Dancing Dinos – played well, won one of their games and took 3rd place – but were not picked in the lottery. The basketball season has ended for this team.
Both the Flying Squirrels and Hoop There it Is – had some tough competition but never gave up, worked hard, and played well. Both teams took 4th place. The Flying Squirrels season has ended – it’s on to plan for the next season of sports. The Hoop There It Is will have their final practice on Wednesday as they say farewell to Coach Rob as Rob is on his way to a western state.
Dynamite also played well against some tough opponents and came in as 1st place. They will advance to State.
Registration is now open.
North Suburban Special Olympics compete in three different basketball skills at Kettle Moraine Lutheran High in Jackson.
Our athletes placed as follows: Rory 6th, Yan 4th, Sam 2nd and Melissa 1st.

The Academy is in use next week – there will be NO team basketball or basketball skills practices on Wednesday February 11th.
