Milwaukee Athletics Unified Event with Special Olympics
Event: 50 Student-Athletes will be paired with 50 Special Olympians teaming together to participate in different activities, such as: bag toss, spike ball, washer toss, can jam, ring toss, soccer shootout, ladder golf.
This looks like a fun event. Michael Poll and family were made aware of the event and have asked us to assist in letting athletes and families know about it. This is not a North Suburban event. North Suburban will not be providing transportation. If you would like to attend you will need to provide your own transportation. Time:
1:00 PM Volunteers arrive, meet Kathy at the home plate entrance
1:30 – 3:00 Interactive games with Panther student-athletes.
3:00 – 5:00 Watch the Milwaukee Panthers Baseball Team play Oakland University. Family is welcome, entrance is free.
The event will take place outside the stadium, along the first base side of the stadium. In the event of bad weather, activities will take place inside the stadium, at the end of the first base line.
Food: Water and snacks provided, can buy food at the concession stand during the game.
